  Wonderful service by the staff. They are really friendly and accommodate the service for the customers. Whether you have a cheap student bike or an expensive one they will do the best job that they can possibly do to fix it. I’m a happy customer.

  I ordered a part on Monday and was told it would arrive the following week... next week I ring on Thursday and get told the part will arrive on Tuesday... Tuesday comes around and apparently all the deliveries haven't arrived because of uni graduations. I know that kind of thing can't be controlled but it's pretty poor when you are waiting weeks for a single part that you could have bought online and got in two days. Makes you wonder why bother going to a bricks and mortar store.

  I have been dealing with Jeremy & Gav at the Uni Bike for the past 5 years. They are great at doing their job on advising on bike purchases and they great after sales service.
